I deliberately waited at least a year from when they first installed my evaporative air cooler. They are professional,... on time, and a refreshing contrast to the tradespeople who postpone, are no-shows and leave you with a sub-par quality job that you're not happy with. Their after-sale service is faultless, attending to your concerns in an expedient manner (when they made the vent, it revealed an underlying cracked roof tile, prior to which the tiny leak was just being absorbed by the roofing insulation) and replaced the defective roof tiles without fuss. Daniel from Efficient pure plumbing also provided a quote on a tap-change accessible only through the narrow crevice between the sink and the side of the laundry cupboard (even though they don't normally service taps) but also direction on what tools are required if I wanted to do it myself. Thank you so much for your professionalism! It is to be highly commended particularly in the world of tradespeople!!!read more

Engaged this company to service/repair my evaporative cooling unit advising them that when the unit was turned on water... was simply flooding straight out of the pipe at the bottom of the unit. Company sent text the day before to confirm job next day, so tick for that. However than got a text at 6.30am next day, saying technician will be there in approx 30 mins. Being an elderly retired couple we are not usually up at that time. Disappointed. The youngish technician arrived as per that text and was very polite. worked on the unit and gave the pads a clean although said they could do with replacing. Came back down, switched it on - and of course water pored out of the drain pipe - with no cooling. He went back up, and shortly after came back to say that the valve had 'gone' so needed replacing, but he did not have any parts - that would be a subsequent return visit and another call out fee. He left his bill and a quote to come back with the required part and complete the fix.. A little while later he rang to say he should have collected payment whilst he was here so will return or I could pay him over the phone. I asked him to return, Being a cold morning I then turned on the gas ducted heating - which did not work. He agreed to take a quick look although we both agreed it could not be connected to his work. He came back to say the circuit board was 'kaput' and given the age of the unit (approx 18 yrs) parts would not be available. Probably caused by power going off and on a couple of times in rapid succession a few days earlier. Paid for the evaporative cooler service, at which point he gave me a leaflet saying that if I gave a 5 * review I would go into a draw to win $1000. (might be why they have so many 5 star reviews???). Subsequently got a quote for a new ducted gas heating unit (between $2500 and $3000 depending on unit. Contacted another local company who said part may be available, came next day and said the transformer is 'blown' and so no power to the board, but as best they could tell the circuit board was fine. 4 days later they rang to say they had the part and returned the next day to replace (and the part for the evaporative cooler at the same time). Installed and all working fine. So both fixed and working for approx $30 more than this company's quote to fix replace the valve on the evaporative cooling - and $2900 less than the cost of a new heating unit (and not sure if that included service call/labor! So 1 star may be harsh, but I think their 5 stars may just be influenced by their $1000 drawread more

I went with an 18kw Daikin reverse cycle ducted system and after... dealing with Michael from the beginning to the guys finishing the installation at the end, I can comfortably say the google reviews don’t lie!! Great company with patient customer services, and genuine and knowledgeable technical guys. Our ducted heating unit... recently made some scary explosive noises and I googled and found out about this company having top rated reviews. I called to book services through Jennifer to checkout all of our ducted systems including ducted heating and cooling, and turned out well worth it from their customer services to onsite services - all were really great. The technician, Kirill, is very friendly and have done a great job to service our units. Although most our machines are really old, I could see him tried his best to carefully check them and gave genuine advices of what needs to be replaced and what do not. Lucky we got them in time as one of our heating units has gas leak. Oh and our cooler is now cleaned and refreshed.
